Parapuar is a state-managed development area under BPOLBF. Official information — zone plans, lot availability, investment procedures, and contacts — is published by BPOLBF (labuanbajoflores.id) and the Ministry of Tourism, and investment facilitation runs through official channels including the OSS system.
